Why my payment failed?


1.Please pay with Personal Card, our payment system do not support Corporate Card (Bussiness Card).


2.Please complete both your Billing Address and Shipping Address when make the order.


3.Each card can only pay once in 24 hours, so if you want to make the other order, please do it after 24 hours.


4.Our bank needs to make risk control to each order, so if your payment failed, please contact with us for help.


5.Now we accept payment from all areas, but some payment might failed because of some reasons, so if your credird card payment failed, please try the option 2(credit card payment 2). If the option 2 also failed, please pay by Western Union, we can do some discount if you pay by WU payment.


6.If system saying"please enter your address", please click"Use this Shipping Address" when complete those blanks.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, each parcel can arrive at destination within 7-15 days after being shipped. 

If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.


Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation in our website when their order shipped, you can track it on http://www.17track.net/en/ .


What shipping carrier do you use? 

We ship orders via Epackets, China Post Air Mail, EMS and DHL. 

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?


We do not accept returns for refunds. If you want to return it for exchange, you need to pay double shipping.  Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. size and color, etc.
