What payment method do you accept?

We accept paying by credit card(Visa and Mastercard) and Western Union, paying by credit card is secure, easy and convenient at UNHS.NET. 
  
Because of payment policy, we don't accept paypal.


Why my payment failed?

1.Please complete both your Billing Address and Shipping Address when make the order.
2.Our bank needs to make risk control to each order, so if your payment failed, please contact with us or with your bank for help.
3.Now we accept payment from all the countries, but some payment might failed because of some reasons, so if your credird card payment failed, please try the option 2(credit card payment 2). If the option 2 also failed, please pay by Western Union, we can do 5% discount if you pay by WU payment.
4.If system saying"please enter your address", please click"Use this Shipping Address" when complete those blanks.

What shipping methods do you offer?


   UNHS partners with major international shipping companies like China post air mail, DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS and EMS.
   DHL, UPS FedEX and TNT takes 4-7 days arriving after shipped().
   China post air mail takes about 7-30 days after shipped.
   EMS takes about 7-15 days after shipped.
   If your order not arrived within the guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?


  We do not provide refunds if products is not in good condition when returned. If you want to return it for exchange, you need to pay double shipping.  Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. size and color, etc.
  




What should I do if I didn't receive my pacakge in estimated time?

  Any package we shipped out can be tracked in website, but if tracking info was not available or it was not updated for a long time, it means your package might be lost, if you has bought shipping insurance when paying, we would offer you a free resent service, but if not, we don't take responsibility of lost parcel, because it's international shipping, there are so many uncontrollable factors.
